CHARACTER STUDYUNIT 03 — OUTBOUND
MEETINGS HELD.NOT ACTIVITY LOGGED.
Full-time SDRs calling, emailing and booking qualified meetings on your calendar — 80–100 outbound activities a day across calls, email and LinkedIn, managed to the only number that pays: meetings held.
$2,950 a seat, monthly · live in fourteen days · month-to-month pilot
SC 02WHAT THE TEAM DOES
Cold calling
Calls placed on US numbers through the shift, with openers and objection handling drilled in the Academy before a rep ever touches your list. Every call recorded and QA-scored.
Email & LinkedIn outbound
Multi-touch sequences run with discipline: personalization from real pain signals, clean lists, deliverability watched. Your sequences or ours.
Lead qualification
Meetings screened against criteria we agree at kickoff, with SQL acceptance tracked weekly. If your AEs reject meetings, that's our problem to fix — and we fix it.
Appointment setting
Qualified meetings booked straight onto your calendar, confirmed before they happen, chased and rebooked when they don't. Booked is not the number — held is.
CRM hygiene
Every call, email and disposition logged in your CRM — or ours, if you'd rather not buy seats. A pipeline you can audit, not a black box.
SC 03NUMBERS WE SIGN FOR
- Outbound activities per rep per day80–100
- Opt-outs honored, on any channelSAME DAY
- Ramp to full productivity3–4 MO
- Is the KPI — booked ≠ heldHELD
Outbound activities, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held and SQL acceptance on one weekly scorecard — no vanity columns. Reps are managed and bonused on meetings held above quota: a no-show is chased and rebooked, never counted.
SC 04THE DAY, THE RULES
A ramped SDR runs 80 to 100 outbound activities a day across calls, email and LinkedIn — the research and the personalization built before the shift, the conversations held during it, the CRM square before it ends. Ramped SDRs typically hold 10 to 15 qualified meetings a month, and full ramp takes three to four months. Meetings held is the KPI.
The rules we work under
- Lists
- Scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry.
- Calls
- Every call announces that it may be recorded, in every state.
- Opt-outs
- Honored the same day, on any channel, and logged.
- Every message carries a working unsubscribe.
No rep contacts a US number before passing the compliance module
SC 05THE RATE
- PER SEATONE PRICE
One price per seat. One-time setup from $1,000–1,500 per seat covers the two-week training build. Annual prepay −5% · month-to-month pilot.
$2,950a seat, monthly
5% annual escalator — wages in Amman rise, honestly priced.
SC 06AUDIENCE QUESTIONS
Yours if they work, ours if you'd rather start fresh — either way, scripts are calibrated against real recordings in week one and targeting criteria are agreed at kickoff. Every call is recorded, so you can audit any rep, any day.
Held. A qualified prospect who showed up on your AE's calendar. No-shows are chased and rebooked, never double-counted — and your team's SQL acceptance is tracked on the same scorecard we're judged by.
Reps run at full volume from day 14: ICP and script calibration by day 7, supervised live calls with a team lead listening through day 13, then go-live. Activity metrics report daily in week one; held-meeting flow builds as sequences mature, and full ramp is three to four months.
Talent. SDRs sit at the top of Amman's salary band and carry per-held-appointment bonuses — and the seat still lands at $2,950 against the $9,800–14,200 a US SDR costs fully loaded. Run your own numbers on the calculator.
